Patient Coordinator
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all guests and visitors.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and welcome patients.
Answer phone calls, schedule patients, and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Assist visitors with inquiries about services and provide skincare consultations.
Manage bookings and check-ins for guests.
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and other office duties.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Salary or Wage Details:
$19/hr + depending on experience.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a valid medical license for RN, PA, or NP in Minnesota.
3+ years’ experience injecting Full-time.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge and understanding of services and products used.

Improving patient experience + clinic processes.
Handling patient concerns.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Exceptionally motivated, organized, willing to take on new challenges and committed to continuous learning.
Responsible for the management of all personnel including (but not limited to) product knowledge and skills development, performance management, safety, recognition and legal compliance.
Personal standards of appearance and dress code compatible with those standards adopted by the Company.
